2018 saw Rachael move from success to success; hitting #2 on the Australian Country Music charts twice with her singles Brakelights and What I Don’t Know, reaching #1 on Kix Country Radio. Simultaneously garnering some of the highest streams of the year for an Australian female country artist.
2019 sees Rachael fast becoming one of Australia’s most exciting and promising cross over artists - and a new record of country-pop classics is sure to the seal on that prospect! Rachael spent the early part of the year in the US, having been invited to perform at SXSW (and featuring as the only country artist on the highly coveted Austin 100 from NPR) and making her debut in the Nashville songwriting scene. She returned to Sydney inspired by her experiences and with a host of new songs under her belt.
Rachael has a brand new, instantly infectious track coming mid July. Crush is the lead single from an upcoming EP, featuring her trademark Cole Clark guitar and powerhouse vocals. An anthemic chorus is set to be the ultimate sing along, hitting the irresistible blend of country-pop that Rachael has perfected. The lead single from her upcoming EP, titled Iconic, fans can expect a further six tracks including a stunning duet feature from fellow Toyota Starmaker winner Brad Cox.
